1. Seven
sizes are available. (1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/18b/1.8㎝) 2. It
is possible to perform operation, regardless of seasons. 3. Suture
is not needed for operation, and it takes two or three minutes to
perform operation. 4. As it is transparent, operation
can be performed accurately. 5. No inflammation or pain
will follow the operation. 6. Secondary infection is prevented
as it is a sterilized disposal product. 7. It is possible
to freely move and take a bath after operation. |
▣ Operation procedures |
1. Apply Lidocaine(a local anesthetic)
to the marked part sufficiently. One minute later, softly separate
the skin from glans, using a spatula.

2. Widen the prepuce with two hemostats,
and crush the prepuce to be incised with another one. The length
of prepuce to be crushed should be the same as that of glans, and
the crushed mark should remain until the marked prepuce is pulled
and incised. |

3. After cutting the crushed site to crushed
length using scissors, pull the prepuce back for the glans to be
completely exposed. When cutting the prepuce, be careful not to
go beyond the cutting guide. |

4. If the prepuce can be pulled back
to the extent the glans is completely exposed, using a sterilized
gauze, the incision step(No. 3) may be omitted. |

5. After choosing the |

of
a proper size, put it on the glans |
centering
around the bulb of penis. As shown in Fig.3, pull |
and
widen the prepuce using hemostats until the cutting |
length
reaches the cutting guide line of the |
.

6. To tie a spandex rubber
string, with two hemostats hanged |
down,
grasp the grip of |

and
incised prepuce with |
another
hemostat as shown in the figure to hold
the |

until |
tying
a spandex rubber string. |

7. After being ready to tie
the spandex rubber string, tie it two |
or three
times, pulling its both ends, with the prepuce |
accurately
placed on the groove of |

.
Then, adjust the |
prepuce
and cut the prepuce along the cutting guide
of |

as closely
to the tied spandex rubber string as possible. The |
distance
from the tied spandex rubber string to the end of cut |
prepuce
should be short to obtain necrosis earlier. |

8. After making sure that
the bulb of penis is not clogged, |
remove
the grip of |

.
Then, apply Lidocaine(a local |
anesthetic)
to the marked area again. Eight to ten days |
after,
the prepuce from the area tied with the spandex |
rubber
string to the cut end of the prepuce will remain dry. |
First,
loosen the spandex rubber string and remove |
.

▣ Proper size |

If
the size of |

is
too small, the bulb of penis
may |
be pressed. If
it is too large, |

may be pushed
toward
the sulcus coronarius. The best state for |
operation is
that the glans is covered with

by |
two
thirds. |
▣ Cautions
1. Be
careful not to apply Lidocaine proximally. 2. When
pulling the prepuce back after cutting, incise the prepuce after
holding both sides of the area to be incised with hemostats.
3. Put

on the
glans slightly aslant so that the bulb of penis is centered.
4. The
time of necrosis may differ depending on the development of prepuce.
Usually the tied area comes off five to ten days later.(The tied
area should be sterilized once or twice every three days with hydrogen
peroxide or Betadine.) 5. Be careful about food(in particular,
squad, shellfishes and meat) and get injections two or three times
to prevent a swelling that may be caused after operation. |
6. After
removing |

(it
should not be removed within eight days), clean the
penis with |
warm
water but avoid taking a bath in a bathtub. |
