3. *Pull the prepuce back to cover the ring and pull the inner skin gently.
    * Completely match the part of prepuce covering the sulcus corarius with the
    "U" groove of the ring, screw them together with the bigger opening of the ring

4. Hold the assistant ring with one hand and wind the rubber string 3 circles around it as tight as     possible with the other hand, fix the string by wind and tie it between the protuberance and the     ring, cut off the rest part of the string.

5. Loose a little the assistance ring, pull the prepuce covering the glans to make the rubber string     gathered in the "U" groove of ring, fit it again on the rubber string.

 6. 50 hours after the operation, push down the protuberance toward the glans, it will break, the rubber wtring will withdraw to     the U groove, take off the assistance ring. (∝At this moment the string should net come loose, If it does, wind it     again.)             

 

 

 
  • Cut off the necrotic prepuce (showing black now) distal to the winded wtring with knife of scissors. But be careful; do not cut off the rubber string.

7. 5-6 days after the operation, If there is inflammation between the rubber string and the prepuce until     the string and apply antibiotic ointrenent enough, And1 hour later remove the ring. Pay Attention to The Following After A Operation

  • It may not heal up completely 9-10 days after the operation, but you can take shower now. But do not go to public bathroom
  • The scab on the wound may fall off in shower; it may help heal up sooner to apply antibiotic unguent on the dray wound after shower.
  • Edema will disappear gradually.
